At Gleeson, we are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our sales team. This exciting opportunity involves working towards sales targets in accordance with company forecasts and administering the sales process, liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers, and estate agents.

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

Sales Responsibilities:
  1. Meet with clients, assess their needs, and qualify them.
Administrative Tasks:
  1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure a competitive edge.
  2. Maintain the customer enquiry database to track and respond to leads.

The ideal candidate will have experience within new homes sales or property sales and be able to represent the Gleeson brand to the highest standards at all times.

We offer a generous holiday entitlement of 26 days per annum + bank holidays and ongoing learning and development opportunities for our Sales team.
