About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Seasonal Colleague to join our team at Churchdown Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Develop a strong understanding of store performance, identifying opportunities to improve service and sales.
