About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in Gloucester. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Availability Window

Our ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. We offer a range of flexible working patterns to suit different lifestyles, including part-time and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

As a Tesco Colleague, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required
  • Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
  • Being knowledgeable about your store's performance and contributing to driving service and sales
  • Working well within a team and communicating openly with others
