About the Role

This luxury lingerie company is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Care Manager to join its team on a permanent basis. As a multi-award-winning brand, offering high-quality lingerie and nightwear, this is an exciting time to be part of the company's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer care team, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained across phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
  • Manage the ecommerce Shopify website, working closely with the Head of E-commerce to improve site user experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2C customer interaction in an online or offline environment.
  • Experience managing a team and leading customer-facing initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite and Shopify, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
