Role Overview:

As a Field Service Technician at Virgin Media, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise in the installation and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install and maintain network equipment, ensuring high-quality connections and minimal downtime.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing clear explanations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with the technical team to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement.
  4. Document processes and procedures, adhering to company standards and protocols.

Requirements:

  1. A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points.
  2. Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding suitable solutions for customers.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build great relationships with customers.
