Assistant Procurement Specialist

">The Assistant Procurement Specialist will assist in the procurement process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist in the development of procurement strategies and plans.
- Capture and allocate costs and liabilities.
- Produce weekly and monthly cost-value reconciliations.
Requirements:
">- A relevant degree in construction or commercial management and experience in subcontractor management.
- A strong commercial awareness and thorough understanding of NEC3 forms of contract, as well as relevant construction and contract law.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with advanced Excel skills.
Salary and Benefits:
">An estimated salary for this role is £31,000, depending on experience. A competitive salary, pension, healthcare, and holiday allowance starting at 24-26 days per annum are also offered.
