Job Description:
As a Youth Welfare Advocate, you will work closely with our team to provide tailored support to young people with complex needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Safely operating manual vehicles to transport young people.
- Maintaining accurate records of young people's progress and development.
- Completing a fully-funded level 3 Children and Young People course to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues and young people, promoting their emotional well-being and engagement.

Benefits:

- Sleep-in allowance: £36 per night
