We are seeking a talented Marketing Associate to support our clients marketing efforts. This role will involve implementing marketing strategies to attract and engage home buyers through compelling campaigns, events, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels focused on new home communities.
  2. Content Development: Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, websites, and digital ads, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  3. Event Coordination: Plan and organise open houses, community tours, and model home events to drive foot traffic and engagement.
  4. Lead Management: Support the sales team by managing and nurturing leads in the CRM, coordinating follow-ups, and tracking conversions.
  5. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics to inform strategy.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Track campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimisation.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree: In Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Marketing experience: 1-2 years in property or new home sales.
  3. Writing and digital skills: Strong writing skills and proficiency with digital marketing tools.
  4. Organisational skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills.
  5. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that without relevant new homes or property experience, you will not be considered for this role.
