Mechanical Engineer for Green Hydrogen Systems

We are a pioneering company in the field of green hydrogen technologies, driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to a net-zero future.
Oort Energy is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation green electrolysis systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles and experience with CAD software, particularly SolidWorks.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and improving green electrolysis systems
- Conducting analysis of system performance
- Communicating findings and advising project teams
- Managing suppliers and contractors
The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 degree in a relevant engineering discipline and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the development of mechanical/electromechanical products.
Experience in risk management, including FMEA and HAZOPS, is also highly desirable.
