As a Care and Response Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating responses to alarms and emergencies, providing support and reassurance to customers, and assisting with various calls for help. The service operates on a set rota, featuring day and night shifts, including alternative weekends and bank holidays.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a positive caring outlook, and the ability to work flexible hours. You will also be required to provide two satisfactory references, a current DBS disclosure, and proof of a valid driving license.
