Youth Care Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Youth Care Coordinator to join our team in Togetherforchildren, working across three service areas: ICRT, Assessment and Locality Teams.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting vulnerable children and families through various initiatives and projects.
Our team fosters a culture of high support and challenge, employing the Signs of Safety model of practice to inform our service delivery.
Key benefits of this role include a competitive salary range of £40,476 - £45,718 per annum, plus a 2% recruitment and retention allowance and £1,239 essential car user payment.
You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 31 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and a hybrid model of working.
