Senior Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Team at London Bridge Hospital, a leading private healthcare hospital in the UK.

About the Role

As a Senior Pharmacy Technician, you will play a key role in providing a comprehensive pharmacy service that meets the needs of our patients and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Pharmacists in the provision of a high-quality pharmacy service
  • Overseeing the smooth running of one of our three dispensaries
  • Providing a high level of patient care, including accuracy checking of medicines and stock management
  • Supporting junior members of the technician team and deputising for the Lead Pharmacy Technician in their absence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • NVQ level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent
  • Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) qualification or already undertaking ACPT qualification
  • Previous experience within a dispensary
