Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Senior Officers and Managers, handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Undertake a range of administrative duties, including note and minute taking, filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying, as well as dealing with general matters such as cash handling, correspondence, invoices, and timesheets.
- Update and manage computer databases and spreadsheets, providing reports and assisting in compiling information such as statutory returns, and managing and tracking expenditure.
- Provide professional support to the team, answering telephone calls and providing information as a first point of contact.
- Experience in SEND and strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Minute taking experience is desirable.
- Confident handling sensitive documents.
