Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching to students with SEND needs, tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum, ensuring students with SEND are fully engaged and supported.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, helping them to understand and engage with the syllabus.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting your teaching methods to meet the needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with SENCOs, staff, and guardians to develop and implement effective academic strategies.
Requirements:
  • Hold QTS or equivalent qualifications such as PGCE, NQT, or ECT.
  • Hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in any field.
  • Have prior experience as a SEN Teacher.
  • Have strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
