Job Title: Support Worker

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our supported living service in Malmesbury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service users with daily tasks and activities
  • Help service users access community and local leisure facilities
  • Assist with personal care and medication
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families

Requirements:

  • Valid driving licence and access to own car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature

What We Offer:
