Job Title: Support Worker

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our supported living service in Malmesbury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with daily tasks, helping them access the community and local area, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid driving licence and access to your own car. You will also need to have a caring and compassionate nature, with excellent people skills and the ability to work independently.

In this role, you will work closely with our service users to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve their goals. You will also work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our service users receive high-quality care and support.
