We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the Collections & Recoveries Programme in the banking sector.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will plan, create, and deliver the Collections & Recoveries Programme, working closely with the team to enhance and strengthen the control/risk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best practices across Consumer Finance, including retail banking, secured lending, and small and medium enterprise businesses.
  • Apply project management principles and tools to drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory landscape, requirements, and PRA and FCA expectations of a UK bank.
  • Lead as a subject matter authority of collections and recoveries.
  • Analyse data to inform key decisions and drive business growth.
