Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Connect Personnel. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the Fire & Security industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fault finding with a high level of competence, aiming for first-time fixes whenever possible.
  • Support the Service Engineering Team with a high level of technical competence on Fire Detection, Voice Alarm, and Gas Suppression Systems.
  • Assist the Tech Spec Team leader in growing and developing the engineering team by leading by example.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High level of technical competence in Fire Detection, Voice Alarm, and Gas Suppression Systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
