Job Title: Associate, Client Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Client Solutions team in London. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our PSF business in EMEA and driving the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support client-facing team members on various aspects of client projects and Network Member engagement.
  • Recruit new experts to join our insight network through targeted lead generation and timely outreach.
  • Build your understanding of client strategies, industry sectors, and value chains to identify and vet the best experts for client projects.
  • Schedule and confirm critical calls and meetings between clients and Network Members.
  • Proactively engage with Network Members to understand their expertise and gauge their fit for client projects.
  • Collaborate closely with client-facing team members to expand projects and rescope recruiting populations.
What You Will Learn:
  • Excel in a fast-paced, phone-based environment that demands attention to detail and prioritization of multiple workflows.
  • Develop strong, transferable business skills, including communication, time management, negotiating, problem-solving, project management, and research.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on and across regional and global teams to contribute to revenue and commercial success.
  • Mentor future GLG Associates as you become tenured and proficient in your role.
Requirements:
  • Confident and strong communication skills, with the ability to work on the phone daily with Network Members and potential recruits.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, team environment that is fast-paced and focused on providing an excellent experience for experts and clients.
  • Ability to work responsibly and manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • High motivation to exceed personal commercial targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly digest and implement feedback and coaching.
  • Eagerness to learn about new topics, industries, and companies.
