Job Title: Associate, Client Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Client Solutions team in London. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our PSF business in EMEA and driving the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support client-facing teams in delivering high-quality projects and services.
  • Recruit and engage new experts to join our Insight Network through targeted lead generation and outreach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client strategies, industry sectors, and value chains to identify and vet the best experts for client projects.
  • Schedule and confirm critical calls and meetings between clients and Network Members.
  • Proactively engage with Network Members to understand their expertise and gauge their fit for client projects.
  • Collaborate closely with client-facing team members to expand projects and rescope recruiting populations.

  • To excel in a fast-paced, phone-based environment that demands attention to detail and prioritization of multiple workflows.
  • To recruit and vet new experts, building your lead generation, outreach, screening, and pitching skills.
  • To develop strong, transferable business skills, including communication, time management, negotiating, problem-solving, project management, research, and achieving targets.
  • To collaborate with colleagues on and across regional and global teams to contribute to revenue and commercial success.
Requirements:
  • Confident and strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work responsibly and manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High motivation to exceed personal targets and contribute to team success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly digest and implement feedback and coaching.
  • Eagerness to learn about new topics, industries, and companies.
