We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Team Leader to join our team in Eastleigh. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to gain independence in their daily lives, while also assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocating shifts and ensuring the smooth operation of the service
  • Booking in training and inducting new colleagues
  • Conducting supervision's and appraisals
  • Developing and updating care plans
  • Ordering medication and ensuring the service users are supported to manage their finances

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.10
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
