Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Durham. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with customers to understand their needs, and advising them on high-value purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using our market-leading sleep technology to help them find the perfect mattress.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and features to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring the store looks its absolute best at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift and move products, as required.
