Customer Service Administrator - German Speaking

Talent84 LTD is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their busy sales and service department. As a key point of contact for customer enquiries, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring timely delivery of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as key contact for Customer Accounts and their queries
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Liaise with logistic providers to ensure smooth shipping and transport processes
  • Issue refunds and returns with precision
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback
  • Support with all other ad-hoc administration tasks
Requirements:
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Fluent in German and English, verbal and written
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high proficiency in IT packages
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven background in providing impeccable customer support
