About the RoleThis full-time position involves ensuring the Examinations Department adheres to rules and regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Curriculum and Funding Manager to guarantee compliance with awarding body requirements.
- Providing training to Invigilators and staff on compliance with awarding body standards.
- Maintaining the MIS system as the primary source for examination data and recording information efficiently.
- Supporting student registration as candidates, as required by awarding bodies.
- Ensuring accurate examination papers and materials are available on site before examinations.
- Organizing examination venues and informing students, staff, and Invigilators about arrangements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
