Head Small Animal Veterinarian

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Small Animal Vet to join our team at Ark Veterinary Clinic in Burgess Hill. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our small animal veterinary services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the small animal veterinary team, providing clinical guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth
- Collaborate with the Practice Director and Senior Practice Director to achieve clinical governance and business objectives
- Manage rotas and administration tasks, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
- Work closely with the Head Nurse and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service
- Competitive salary of £55,000 to £70,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
- Professional memberships funded (RCVS & VDS)
- CPD and further studies encouraged, with a focus on clinical growth and development
- 5 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase additional leave
- Long Service Holiday scheme, with an extra day's leave per year for the first 5 years
