Special Needs Educator

Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd invites applications for a Special Needs Educator to join our team of experienced professionals. As a key member of our SEND teaching team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working with children with SEND, with a strong understanding of their needs and requirements. A degree in Education or a related field is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND
- Collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
- Providing emotional support and guidance to students with complex needs
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including:
