As the HR Consultant, you will be instrumental in facilitating the effective and seamless operation of the company's human resources function, while providing essential support to management and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Consultant:

  • Assist management with daily HR operations.
  • Support recruitment initiatives and coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Manage absence, lateness, and performance reviews.
  • Facilitate disciplinary, capability, and grievance procedures.
  • Respond to staff inquiries and provide adaptable administrative assistance.
  • Oversee monthly payroll and administer the company pension scheme.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Generalist HR experience with a foundational understanding of employment law (CIPS preferred).
  • Proven experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Office (SAGE 50 is desirable).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capability in handling sensitive information.
  • Logical mindset, strong time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
