Job Summary

Pure Kaktai is seeking a highly experienced UK Country Business Lead to oversee our commercial operations in the UK and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Commercial Strategy:
    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
    • Define sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  2. Manage Key Accounts:
    • Grow existing accounts (e.g., Mahalo, Selfridges) and secure new listings.
    • Negotiate contracts, manage pricing and promotions, and ensure product placement.
  3. Identify and Open New Accounts:
    • Target key retailers, food service chains, and distributors aligned with Pure Kaktai's target market.
    • Develop and execute account-specific sales plans.
  4. Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activity:
    • Stay informed about the UK beverage market and adapt the commercial strategy accordingly.
    • Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  5. Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    • Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure efficient distribution and fulfillment.
    • Work with the finance team to manage budgets and track sales performance.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of managing main accounts in the UK within the soft drink industry.
  • A strong understanding of the UK beverage market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Existing relationships with key buyers in the UK grocery or food service is a plus.

Benefits
