Hygiene Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team at Greencore Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our food manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out daily cleaning of all areas of the factory, including equipment and machinery, to meet food hygiene standards.
- Schedule and conduct deep cleaning of large machinery and equipment.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including chemical suits, visors, wellingtons, gloves, and safety goggles.
- Work in chilled and hot environments, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Document cleaning activities and report any damaged equipment or machinery.
- Promote a good health and safety culture within the workplace.
- Use and store chemicals safely and efficiently.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £12.42.
