Job Title: Demand Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our dynamic team at ARCA. As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our products, incorporating historical data, market trends, and sales input.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, adjusting forecasts and safety stock parameters to optimize stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
  • Manage demand planning processes to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of materials and finished goods.
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage lead times, order quantities, and delivery schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • ~2-3 years+ proven experience as a Demand Planner, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • ~ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • ~ Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
