This is a fixed-term position for 1 year, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role is based in the Older Adult Psychiatry department at the Glenkirk Centre in North West Glasgow.

Key responsibilities include supporting Older Adult Consultant psychiatrists with community-based work, participating in regular CPD sessions, and contributing to audit and quality improvement projects. The post holder will also be encouraged to attend West of Scotland sessional teaching for Old Age Psychiatry and CPD events organized by the University of Glasgow.

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess full GMC registration, a licence to practice, and at least 4 years of full-time postgraduate training, with two years in a specialty training program or specialty registrar locum appointment for training. Equivalent experience and competencies will also be considered.
