Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site-based energy surveys to evaluate energy-consuming equipment such as heating, lighting, and air conditioning systems.
  • Assess the efficiency of energy-consuming equipment and identify energy-saving opportunities.
  • Compose detailed energy survey reports that align with ESOS compliance standards.
  • Arrange and prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) before site visits.
  • Provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvements to support clients' Net Zero targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in conducting site-based energy surveys is essential.
  • A clean driving license is required as the role involves travel and overnight stays.
  • IT literacy, particularly in using CRM systems and report-writing software.
