- Work collaboratively with the community team to provide comprehensive care services.
- Participate in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge.
- Nursing Associate qualification and NMC registration.
- Experience working in a health and social care environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and basic physiology, normal vital signs, fluid balance, and nutritional requirements.
- Access to a vehicle and a full and valid driving license.
