Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

At TRC Total Renal Care Inc, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in dialysis nursing or a related field
