Job Summary:
The Charalle Group is seeking a highly skilled People Analytics and Systems Assistant to join our HR team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our cloud-based systems, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for system and process queries, providing timely and effective support to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
- Support the maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades to our HR systems, including HR Systems Software, Recruitment and Onboarding Software, Online Workflow and Processes, Employee Benefits Software, Learning Management Software, Salary Review Software, and Performance Review Software.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement new software, including testing and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and Data Governance policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required to support the HR team.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex system-related issues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced level understanding of Excel, with experience in data collation, report production, and analysis.
- Previous experience with SharePoint authoring is desirable.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish effective working relationships with colleagues.
