We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician or Production Dairy Engineer to join our team at Stocker Solutions in Ashburton.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our dairy farm clients in the Mid Canterbury region.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of milking systems, excellent mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance services for milking equipment
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of milking systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
