Document Management Specialist

Role Overview
">The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation in a busy Mechanical and Electrical office. This includes ensuring timely distribution of information to various stakeholders within the organisation.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Manage document setup, copying, scanning, and storage procedures.
- Create templates to streamline document management processes.
- Process requests for documentation from internal and external parties.
- Maintain digital records and file documents accordingly.
- Review and verify the accuracy of records to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
- Collaborate closely with office and site-based teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Oversee the management of documentation across the organisation.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained when handling sensitive documentation.
- Prepare reports as required to support project progress.
Requirements
">- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Viewpoint/Aconex or similar software is desirable.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Document Controller in the building/construction sector.

">The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities. Familiarity with industry-standard software and experience working in a fast-paced environment are highly beneficial.
">Salary Information
