About the Role:

  • Support families in achieving their goals and aspirations
  • Work with parents, carers, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies for improving attendance, behaviour, and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with the school community to promote positive relationships and outcomes

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working in a school environment or other educational/social care setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
