About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to join our Consulting Services division at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers to design, implement, and deliver enterprise-level solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers in the design and implementation of complex solutions
  • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring they meet customer business objectives
  • Develop and deliver presentations to user, management, and executive level audiences
  • Conduct business process analysis, blueprinting, and overall design sessions to facilitate solution design documentation
  • Develop functional specifications that meet customer business objectives and are of sound design
  • Collaborate with project managers, key customer contacts, and customer users to ensure successful project delivery
  • Assist in mentoring junior resources and support strategic initiatives
  • Document and communicate customer business cases to Product Management and Product Development regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Retail Planning solutions design and large, transformational implementations in the Softline / Fashion Retail domain
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level business process, solution architecture, and design principles
  • Deep and broad hands-on experience in using, implementing, and/or supporting Retail Planning applications, preferably Blue Yonder
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices
  • C-Level communication experience and strong stakeholder management
  • Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff
