About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to join our Consulting Services division at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers, leveraging your deep understanding of enterprise-level business processes and solution architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformational projects and programs, driving business process leadership and deployment in Retail Planning.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to user, management, and executive level audiences, showcasing your expertise and thought leadership.
  • Conduct business process analysis, blueprinting, and design sessions to facilitate solution design documentation.
  • Ensure that all issues/risks are highlighted and assist in resolving issues and mitigating risks.
  • Participate in all aspects of the project to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Retail Planning solutions design and large, transformational implementations in the Softline / Fashion Retail domain.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level business process, solution architecture, and design principles.
  • Deep and broad hands-on experience in using, implementing, and/or supporting Retail Planning applications, preferably Blue Yonder.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • C-Level communication experience and strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
