Job Summary
RADIUS is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveying Services Lead to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure projects team, you will be responsible for providing in-house quantity surveying services, including estimating, cost planning, tendering, and contract management. Your expertise will ensure accurate valuations, cost reporting, and final accounting.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our experienced team on high-profile infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with external quantity surveyors and stakeholders to deliver best outcomes in commercial negotiations. Your ability to manage commercial elements of pre-contracting, cost planning, cash flow, and procurement will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide in-house quantity surveying services, including estimating, cost planning, tendering, and contract management
* Manage commercial elements of pre-contracting, cost planning, cash flow, and procurement
* Ensure accurate valuations, cost reporting, and final accounting
* Collaborate with external quantity surveyors and stakeholders to deliver best outcomes in commercial negotiations

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Information
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a base salary and performance-based bonuses.
