Job Title: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at GH Engage Limited. As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering M&E / Air Conditioning maintenance to multiple sites around Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Service and maintain split systems, VRV's, VAV's, and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plant
  • Electrical knowledge is beneficial, but not essential
  • Maintain and update log books
Requirements:
  • Fgas 2079 Cat 1 qualification is essential
  • NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is a minimum requirement, with NVQ Level 3 desired but not essential
  • 18th Edition qualification is desired but not essential
  • Daikin and Mitsubishi AC system knowledge is required
  • 5-7 years of experience in air conditioning maintenance is required
  • Full UK driving license with a clean record is essential
Package:
  • Salary: £40,000 - £43,000
  • Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Transport and expenses: Van and fuel card, expenses card for supplier costs and parts
  • Travel time: Paid after 30 minutes each way, with full travel time paid for early starts and late finishes
  • Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Call out rota: 1 in 5 at present, with potential to extend to 1 in 9/10 as the team grows
  • Standby allowance: £125 when on call
  • Overtime: Time and a half, with double time for weekends and late nights
