As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be part of our team that provides high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of care workers to provide high-quality care to our residents.
  • Understanding and meeting the individual needs of each resident, including those with complex care requirements.
  • Care planning and coordination, including medication management and delivery.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and respecting residents' rights.
  • Reporting any changes in residents' condition or concerns to the manager.
