Community Care Assistant

We are seeking a Community Care Assistant to join our team in the Spalding Area. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing supporting services in the community at the people we support's homes.
You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities by working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships, as well as flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
We offer a range of benefits, including 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time), ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
