Cranstoun is a leading national charity with over 40 years of experience delivering pioneering services and campaigning to improve the lives of people affected by drug and alcohol addiction.

We are currently seeking an experienced Perpetrator Intervention Specialist to join our innovative Drive Project, which aims to hold high-risk perpetrators accountable for their actions and improve the lives of victims and children.

This exciting opportunity has arisen in the role of Case Manager, working alongside existing agencies to design co-ordinated intervention plans that address identified needs and risks. You will work closely with our IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.

Your primary focus will be on making contact and working one-to-one with perpetrators to secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change, and link them to complementary services. You will be passionate about working within a multi-disciplinary team and have a demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users, particularly those experiencing domestic abuse, mental health issues, substance misuse, and offending behaviours.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including contributory pension scheme and life assurance.
