Trainee Maritime Broker

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Trainee Shipbroker at Marint (Offshore Services) Ltd. The estimated annual salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000.

Marint (Offshore Services) Ltd maintains a strong presence worldwide, providing comprehensive services in towage, salvage, and offshore chartering.

Our services include emergency towage, commercial charters, and heavy-lift operations, offering rapid and reliable solutions to complex maritime challenges.

We assist clients in chartering suitable offshore vessels, including anchor handling tugs/supply vessels, accommodation support vessels, dive support vessels, platform supply vessels, fast support intervention vessels, crew boats, escort tugs, and utility vessels.

We remain involved with a towage or charter from start to finish, negotiating pricing, drawing up contracts, and monitoring performance throughout the operation.

This role provides hands-on training to become a fully involved player in our diverse and dynamic operations, involving 24/7 emergency towage & salvage, commercial towage solutions, offshore vessel chartering, and more.

• Direct involvement in hands-on training and development across a range of shipbroking activities.
• Preparing invoices for senior shipbrokers.
• Participation in a rotational 24-hour duty roster after successful completion of the training programme.
• Willingness to travel internationally; additional language skills are beneficial.
