Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Saputo Dairy UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our water processing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Complete planned preventative maintenance schedules to support the delivery of the site maintenance strategy
- Drive a quality culture through adherence to first-class engineering techniques
- Provide detailed technical guidance for the planning and completion of maintenance activities on water processing stages
- Support and develop continuous improvement activities, including recording and utilizing data to drive root cause analysis
- Identify, source, and ensure availability of maintenance spares, liaising closely with the stores team
- Experienced and qualified engineer through an apprenticeship, NVQ, or HNC
- Hands-on experience working within a large-scale water processing environment, with experience with pumps, motors, filters, valves, gauges, etc.
- Ability to work in a team, supporting others with their workload and development when required
- Comfortable working with different computer systems
- Experienced completing risk assessments
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of lean methodologies
