**Job Title:** Comprehensive Care Assistant
**Location:** UK (Remote/Flexible)
**Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Comprehensive Care Assistant. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to a young lady with a spinal cord injury, enabling her to live her best life.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in caring for individuals with complex needs, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.
In this role, you will assist the individual in daily activities, such as going out and exploring new places, while also providing emotional support and companionship.
As a Comprehensive Care Assistant, you will receive ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and confidence in caring for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to the individual
- Assist the individual in daily activities

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in caring for individuals with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated empathy and understanding towards individuals with complex needs
- Full driver's license (essential)
