Job Title: Head of Digital Media Rights

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our digital media rights strategy and operations. As Head of Digital Media Rights, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to maximize our media rights revenue and reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our digital media rights strategy, including identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage our relationships with broadcast partners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of contracts and maximize revenue.
  • Oversee the procurement of production partners and development of content offerings for international rights partners.
  • Secure maximum revenue from ancillary rights, such as archive and audio.
  • Build strong relationships with clubs to maximize delivery of broadcast picks.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in broadcasting rights industry, with global network across broadcasters, rights holders and agencies.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end media rights distribution, including contractual delivery, scheduling, revenue generation, and P&L responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of media rights and digital media distribution business models.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, strategic and detail-oriented to help deliver against our commercial interests.
