Job Description
This part-time position involves planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of SEN students. You will collaborate with SENCO and other staff members to ensure effective student progress and create a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
- Previous experience working with SEN students, demonstrating ability to manage challenging behavior effectively
- Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs practices and principles
